What is the Ram Cam?
The Ram Cam began in the early 2001 after it was discovered that my house was haunted. I had a webcam for a while and never needed it- until strange things started to happen about 3 years after i moved in. So in 2001 i started running my ghost cam, it was barely known until 2002 where i started exposing it to ghost sites and message boards. I remember the first paranormal capture from the ram cam was via a live webcast- when the viewer started mentioning "strange electrical lights" hovering around me and in my room. I dont have this footage but it was quiet amazing. The ghostcam started in my brothers room- plenty of things were caught on cam- from mists- to streaks- to apparitions and even the tv being on without being plugged in. In the early months of 2003 the cam was moved into my room, and things started off with high activity- and now over 4 years on my cam has been regarded as one of the webs best. Thousands of hours of online time and hundreds of captures later i still hope my cam is considered to be a reliable source to paranormal phenomena.
What has been captured on this Ghost Cam?
Many, Many things. From orbs, to mists, to streaks and full apparitions. Some captures seem to have similar figures in it. A particular ghost that roams our halls is a female- she has a white glow about her but her facial expression is always that of sadness. Another is that of a male- yet this male appears as a black shadow at most times and doesn't seem to have a positive vibe about him. These 2 are probably the most popular ghosts caught on cam.
How often is the camera on?!
The camera is on every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sundays between 10pm- 1.00am (Eastern Standard time / Australia)- Please check the timetable for international times.
Why is it such an active cam!?
Ideas have come from all over to try and explain this phenomena. Some say i must reside in some sort of paranormal field, others say its simply a haunted piece of land. It's hard to understand why it is so active. I don't think its only my home thats haunted, my neighbors left and right have talked about their homes being haunted too- i just think its the region i am in.
How often does the cam refresh?!
The image will refresh every 3-5 seconds. The only reason for the cam to be down is due to a technical glitch, otherwise the cam should follow its timetable with close accuracy.
I think this camera is a fake!
Well i've had psychics take looks at my captures and they too can feel the presence in my home. I've had the cam running for over 4 years, in total for hundreds and hundreds of hours and never once has my cam been disproved or found to be fraudulent. Basically if you think what you are watching is a hoax, then by all means stop watching.
